OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The Aims and Objective of the Trinity University shall include, but not limit to the following:

To provide technical and professional education for Liberians and for those who may seek its privileges where a qualified person may obtain instruction and in the field/area of interest;

To ensure quality and higher education for citizens and inhabitants of Liberia thus giving effect of the strides of government to reduce mass illiteracy in our society

To maintain a center of learning where members; irrespective of race, sex, gender, religion, class or creed, can enjoy equal opportunity to study, learn and achieve

To provide and promote study and research in field/area offered by the University in an atmosphere of academic freedom and scholarly competence
05.
To establish and carry on a co-educational institution of higher learning within Margibi County and to grant a two-year and four-year degree with all rights and privileges which exist in all such institutions of learning.

To acquire and establish such auxiliary with correlated colleges and institutions at locations within and without the Republic of Liberia as may be determined from time to time by the Board of Trustees.

To provide a conducive environment for instruction in all parts of professional education as provided by the University.

OUR GOALS
Thanks to our exemplary actions and unique approach, we are targeting to be ranked No. 1 University in Liberia and have every intention of getting these and staying there.
To make sure that our students are not only learning the correct set of skills in their disciplines, but making a lifelong habit of these skills to ensure their competences for many years to come.
Our teaching approach is different than most other Universities. Our lecturers / Instructors are trained in coaching our students. This method forces the students to be much more engaged with more awareness of their surroundings.
Therefore, the student will be much better prepared to take better and more decisive action in stress situations. They are given sceneries and commands while facing challenges as they will be trained in making the correct moves in life.
We want to make sure that each student after completing his/her course is capable of competing with the society and the real world while facing different
variables and challenges from their surroundings. Awareness of danger and uncertainty of different variables in which the society can create and their readiness to act correctly is our main concern.

We instill the fear of God into the life of Staff and Students in the University. The fear of God is fundamental requirement for effective leadership. No one can have genuine feeling for others without the fear of God. The fear of God remains the non-negotiable factor in the pursuit of our mandate
02. CAPACITY BUILDING
This centers round skill development and the university believes that this enables man to deliver. In this context, capacity building can be defined as posing the ability to deliver a given ability. Trinity University Builds the Nation Builders.
